The 2023 Common Ground Country Fair is September 22, 23, and 24.
The Livestock application deadline is Friday, April 14th. Applications submitted after the deadline will be reviewed on a rolling, space available, basis.

2. Contact and Product InformationPlease be thorough. Please add any information you wished published in the 2023 Fairbook through the "Publishing" information options.
3. Animals, Equipment and Tent/Camper Space
Please list any animals and equipment you would like to bring. We will need the appropriate veterinary records for each animal listed on your application. Please see the Livestock guidelines for more information about required vet records. All animals and equipment you plan to bring must be approved by the area coordinators, so it is better to list everything you think you may bring to make sure it is approved, even if you do not end up bringing it to the Fair.
4. Upload Supporting PaperworkIf you have electronic copies of relevant vet records or proof of insurance, there will be a space for you to upload that information in your application form.
5. Livestock Speakers and Demonstrations
All Livestock Exhibitors are required to offer or participate in at least two demonstrations per day with their animals. Demonstration locations include the Woodlot, the Large Livestock Demo Area, the Field Plots, at the barn, the Show Ring or the Round Pen. These talks are scheduled in coordination with the respective Livestock area exhibitor depending upon your animal breed and/or demonstration area. To help the Livestock Coordinators with this task, please indicate below any preferences you have for demonstrations, locations, days and times. Also note any special requirements (ex, If a demo is done in conjunction with another farm)
Applications are due Friday, April 14, 2023.
Vaccination Records:
You must submit the required vaccination and veterinary requirements for each animal listed on your application. If you do not have photo or PDF copies of them to upload into this form, you can submit them electronically in your contract later in the year, or you can mail a copy to the MOFGA office (PO Box 170, Unity, ME 04988). If your animals require more than one type of veterinary record, you may use any of the form upload buttons below. You are not limited to the buttons on the same line as the animal's name.

In addition to these demonstrations, you may also offer additional talks or demonstrations, schedule permitting, on specific topics in the Livestock Speakers tent or other speaking or demonstration locations.
