Talk Description: How do you create more resilience in your nervous system? In this talk we will explore this question through the lenses of Ayurveda and herbs. We will look at the stress response cycle, the window of resilience and how these relate to the Ayurvedic concepts of Sattva, Rajas and Tamas. We will talk about 5 herbs as well as lifestyle practices to help to cultivate resilience.
