If you are a business that caters to and contributes to the sustainability of small fiber farms or you are a family farm that produces goods on your farm from animals that you raise, please apply to the Maine Fiber Farms and Marketplace.

STEP ONE - Read Guidelines and Application Instructions.Before completing your application, read and familiarize yourself with the Fair and Agricultural Products Area Guidelines. There are updates for 2025, so be sure to read these. Please note: in order to vend at the Fair all vendors must submit a Certificate of Insurance meeting the requirements specified in the 2025 General Fair Guidelines to the Fair office by June 1st.

STEP TWO - Complete the Agricultural Products Vendor Application below.Required information to complete a booth application includes:• A description of your work and the products you wish to sell at Common Ground.• Booth Size and Location Preference. The booth space for Agricultural Products vendors is outside and vendors must provide their own pop-up tent (or equivalent). Vendors choose their desired frontage.If any items on your application are food, you are also required to fill out and submit a Food Ingredient Form. Please remember you will be held to the same food guidelines as other vendors. Adhering to the Food Guidelines includes listing your farm sources or brands of ingredients and following the MOFGA Food Policy when sourcing ingredients.
If you are growing, wild harvesting or processing any of the ingredients used in your products, and they are not certified organic you must also submit an Organic Growing Affidavit, Wild Harvesting Affidavit, or Organic Processing Affidavit.

STEP THREE - Submit Application with $10.00 Application FeeYou may submit payment online with your application or mail a check. Applications will not be considered until payment is received.
Applications (including application fee) are due on Monday, February 24th. Completed applications received after the deadline will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
All applicants wishing to sell food products or consumables MUST submit a completed Food Ingredient Form. Applications for food products without completed Food Ingredient Forms cannot be considered. We strongly recommend reviewing the MOFGA Food Policy and contacting the office with any ingredient or sourcing questions prior to submitting your application.

Accepted vendors will be able to request electricity in the contract and will be required to list all appliances, lights or devices and the wattage for each that will be part of their booth. Electrical service is available for a fee.
