STEP ONE - Read Guidelines and Application Instructions.Before completing your application, read and familiarize yourself with the Fair and Maine Fiber Farms and Marketplace Area Guidelines. There are updates relating to fiber products and processing for 2026, so be sure to read these.
2026 CGCF and Maine Fiber Farms and Marketplace Area Guidelines are available here.Please note: in order to vend at the Fair all vendors must submit a Certificate of Insurance meeting the requirements specified in the 2026 General Fair Guidelines to the Fair office by June 1st.Certificate of Insurance requirements and sample certificate.
STEP TWO - Complete the Maine Fiber Farms and Marketplace Vendor Application below.Required information to complete a booth application includes:• A description of your work and the products you wish to sell at Common Ground.• Booth Size and Location Preference. Some Maine Fiber Farms and Marketplace booths are located inside a tent, while others are located outside.
STEP THREE - Submit Application with $10.00 Application FeeYou may submit payment online with your application or mail a check. Applications will not be considered until payment is received.
Applications (including application fee) are due on Monday, February 16th. Completed applications received after the deadline will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Please note that vendors bringing animals receive preference over those not bringing animals as it increases the educational value of their booth.
