WELCOME TO THE MAINE MEDIA EXHIBITOR APPLICATION

The Maine Media area promotes Maine-based media outlets and businesses that embrace the goals and objectives of MOFGA by providing valuable information on the following topics: organic farming and gardening; environmental protection; stewardship of natural resources; local food production and consumption; and the revival of agriculturally-based, rural communities.

Applications are due April 8th, 2024.

Application Process

STEP ONE - Read Guidelines and Application Instructions.

Before completing your application, read and familiarize yourself with the Fair and Maine Media Area Guidelines. There are updates for 2024, so be sure to read these. Please note: in order to vend at the Fair all vendors must submit a Certificate of Insurance meeting the requirements specified in the 2024 General Fair Guidelines to the Fair office by June 1st.

STEP THREE - Submit Application with $10.00 Application Fee
You may submit payment online with your application or mail a check. Applications will not be considered until payment is received.

Applications (including application fee) are due on Monday, April 8th.
Completed applications received after the deadline will be reviewed on a rolling basis, space permitting.

The Maine Media Area is primarily an educational area. Merchandise sales are permitted, but are limited to items directly related to the exhibiting organization (examples include organization t-shirts, books published by the organization, items made by the organization's members or constituents). Only items that fit the area guidelines and are pre-approved by the Maine Media coordinators may be offered. 3 - BOOTH INFORMATION

All Maine Media exhibitor booths are outside. Exhibitors in the area are required to bring their own pop-up tent, or equivalent, and any other booth materials such as tables, chairs, and displays. Please indicate your first and second (1st and 2nd) choices for your booth size and type.
