COMMON GROUND COUNTRY FAIR
2025 FAIR POSTER DESIGN ENTRY FORM

Thank you for submitting artwork for the 2025 Common Ground Country Fair poster design contest. All submissions must be electronically submitted by Sunday, July 7, 2024 to be considered. If your artwork has been selected as a finalist, the Fair Office will contact you via phone by Monday, July 22, 2024 and ask that you mail in the physical artwork to be judged in person.

If you do not have access to the tools necessary to submit your artwork electronically, please contact the Fair Office at 207-568-6041 or commonground@mofga.org by June 1, 2024 to discuss alternatives.

Please note the following when submitting your artwork image: 

  • Approx image size 4" x 6" or 1200x1800 pixels. The file size should be about 1 mb. If you need to reduce the file size, lower the resolution, not the size.
  • Maximum file size 5MB with a file format of JPEG or PNG. No TIFF files.
